And it looks so extraordinarily ordinary that it is almost distressing against the backdrop of the ruined city. But he wouldn't have it any other way.
It also would seem that when whatever befell the city happened, people didn't seem to think to care about three-piece suits in stores but more attire to help with survival. As such, he trots up in a suit - that does need to be tailored to fit, but that is its own problem.
